How do I get to my address book?

How do I get back my Yahoo Address Book - suddenly lost this week.?

  • Hello Thank you for your response. We have now carried out the following: - run a virus scan - contacted our local service provider - who say that all is fine from their end!!! - rebooted all ok and still it does not work. I am able to get on to the internet and onto Yahoo to check mail etc - however I am not able to call up my Address Book. Each time I send an email I have to input the emaill address manually and after it has been sent I am asked whether I want to save/add to my address book and ifI click on add to Address Book i get an Error Message 999 - see below Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999.     I do not have an answer. But I have exactly the same problem. I am definitely thinking it is a virus or spyware of some sort.
