How can I open attachments to e mails?

I can't open my attachments to e mails. The screen shows "Not found. The requested URL was not found on this server". What does that mean and how can I get my attachments please?

i just managed to open my attachments, here's what i did. 1) Close AOL 2) Open internet explorer 3) Go to yahoomail 4) Open e-mail attachment Piece of piss
