Why would Yahoo be timing out when I try and open mail?

When I try to delete one mail message in Yahoo Mail, all of my mail messages are being deleted.?

I really would like to report this to any kind of Yahoo customer service, as it appears to be a bug - I have been using Yahoo mail for many years, so I know that I am not making a mistake. This is not an answer that a "yahoo community" can help with. Yahoo - do you have any kind of technical support left?
