Why can't I open all my mails?

My Yahoo mail is becoming too slow, i cant able to open inbox mails and cant send mails.whats the reason?

  • I can easily manage other mail services but now this new yahoo loading very fast but after when i am entering to inbox cant able to open mails. and not able to send mails as well. please help me..

contact yahoo from this page http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/classic/technical_migration.html and switch back to old version... I contacted and they made change to classic..Good Luck...

Maybe this can help you, I use Internet Explorer and could not find a solution to switch back to Classic Mail permanently after 2 days of pulling my hair out lots of problems! I have not found links work permanently, I went to CONTACT YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE, then clicked on LIVE CHAT, told them my old computer can not handle it, and they switched me back 5 to10 min. total, no problem, and they do not prompt me to switch anymore! You can also call Yahoo USA, but you will wait forever! 1-866-562-7219. Don’t forget to vote for best answer. Also I give free info. I answer Q’s that I know about-makes me feel good to help people, I have been criticized for - I do not socialize on line, no contacts - not my thing. I have better things to do, like socialize physically in real life… Anyway Good Luck!
