Cannot access to my inbox?

Whenever I try to access my Yahoo inbox I get a stupid promotional page that tells me to relocate my account?

Whenever I try to access my Yahoo inbox, I get a stupid promotional page that tells me to relocate my account to the UK. But I can't select either option it offers - if I do, the stupid promotional page just keeps coming back. So there is now no way I can ever access my inbox! Help please!!

I have the same problem and many others do also, it is making me crazy too and i posted on the Mail suggestion board about it, you can't get help on here, it's liking running in circles.
