I can't open my e-mails. how do I fixed.

I cant send or respond to any?

  • i cant send or respond to any emails without request for verification in reference to spam. when the box comes up asking for the characters, i put them in, but email or response still will not be sent. this is very frustrating. this only started when i upgraded to mail plus. how can this be fixed?

  • Answer:

    Yahoo has system that limits number of emails sent per day or limit the number of recipients. Send the same email by splitting the number of recipients to around 15 only. (say if you have 30 recipients, send it as 2 emails , in each email having 15 recipients).
