Why can't I get to my email address?

What happened to my email ? my address is [email protected], for some reason I cant get on it now?

  • I can no longer get into [email protected], I want to know why and what I can do to get back into my yahoo email, I was checking out IM and decided not to persue it and everything even my email seemed to disappear and since then I cant get into my email why and what do I have to do to get back my email??

    Several possibilities: You may possibly have a corrupt cache file -- it makes all KINDS of things go wonky. Try this: clear your history, temporary files (these will take a while!) & cookies, restart the computer and retry. You may have been hacked; report it here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/abuse/ Or the account may have been closed due to reports of abuse on Yahoo sites such as Answers, 360, messenger, etc. You can report it to the blue FORUM link at the top right or try: Yahoo!
