Why cant i send e-mails?

Why can i not send emails to out of state friends with yahoo addressess? cant send from aol page or from yahoo

my emails to out of state yahoo addresses will not go thru-I've tried sending from aol page(my network provider) and from yahoo page but i always get an error message saying thay cant go thru-i can send to friends in my state???????
Answer:

I`ve seen this happen if you are sending Spam unknowingly to other people using Botnet Virus on your PC. They also all say go through your ISP and let them explain it to you. Then the ISP would tell you to clean your PC of the virus before anymore email can be sent from your IP address.
