Why can’t I access my Yahoo Mail Beta?

Why can't i access Yahoo! Mail Beta?

when i try to open my email it recently started telling me that it was taking too long to load so i needed to go to Yahoo! Mail Classic...it has been doing this for a month. How can i fix it or who can I call that would know (my ISP, email someone at Yahoo! e.g.) thanks for ur help

the net connection is too slow , thats y... the beta needs more volume of data to flow in ur pc. thats y..

i think you have to upgrade to a new internet explorer that's what happened to me..or your computer has too much viruses
