What causes my computer to slow when I log into yahoo email?

I can't log into my yahoo on my imac. Other yahoo user can log in and real email?

• Okay when i try to log in on my imac I get an a"error message" on a new screen "unable to connect to server" however when I hit the back button I am logged in on the yahoo screen but i can read my email. I can see the previews of email but when I click on"view all" it tells me to log into yahoo mail. I do that an nothing happens and i get a server message. Please keep in mind that while I am in my yahoo account. I can click on any other buttons(ie weather/horoscope/etc) and I conncect but soon as I click on "my mail" nothing happens. I get an error message.My yahoo account work fine from work(which is an desktop) I can do everything(read/send/compose etc) getting back to my home computer Another user in the house can come right behind me an log in and it goes straight to their mail. "no problems at all". I need help
