Why can't I access my contacts or help on Yahoo mail?

Yahoo has been changing the servers and ran into problems. They said they are working on it and it shouldn't take long to get it fixed.

And why can't I find HELP to these and other email issues ON Yahoo...the same server that gives me the email?? This is ridiculous.

Well at least I'm not the only one having this problem with my email. I can't access my contacts list; this suddenly started happening about an hour ago. Must be system-wide. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
I'm having the same issue - "insert contacts" doesn't work. You can only send mail if you know everyone's email addresses by heart. At my age, I don't!!
