What is wrong with my e-mail account?

What's wrong with my yahoo email account? The window will close down after a short while then won't stay open.

  • A short while ago this happened for the first time, now every time I look at my emails I'll be in the middle of something and suddenly the window will just close itslef down. Then when I try to log into my account again the window just won't stay open and keep closing down immediately I log in. This means I can't look at my emails properly anymore! I've noticed it closing down for the first time may be connected to when I send an email or when I try to download an attachment (ie-not just viewing emails). Does my computer have a virus? This doesn't happen with other websites or to my emails when viewed from another computer. What can I do?? Thanks.

    Update your browser. Change to Classic Mail.
