When I send an email, how can I show in the To: column only "Undisclosed recipients?

I do not want to show all the recipients email addresses. How can I show in the To: column, "Undisclosed recipients" and not everyone's email addresses?

Answer:
Use the "BCC" button. It's a blind copy and will not disclose everyone who recieved it.
