How to relay all local mail through external SMTP relay?

• since installation three months ago of my server yahoo rejects mail from my server but others accept like google, hotmail---my server do receive mail from yahoo to all my accounts --i run on SuSE 10 o/s and i use zimbra server. information from my server is below: mail:/var/log # Sep 10 14:01:06 mail postfix/smtp[10265]: connect to a.mx.mail.yahoo.com[209.191.118.103]: server refused to talk to me: 421 Message from (194.42.96.203) temporarily deferred - 4.16.50.
