Why can't I send emails with attachments anymore?

I can`t send or receive attachments with emails?

• When I send attachment the receiver will get the mail not attachment and I can`t receive attachments

  First...are you attaching properly...following guidelines are what I use.. Step by step. There are many ways to do it...This is what I have the most success with.. RIGHT clicking on those items usually pops up a box and gives you the option of where to send it...I send it to the DESKTOP. You will get an icon for it, which you can delete by right clicking on it after you are done. Go to your email and click on COMPOSE. Then click on ATTACH located just under your subject line. At least five lines will pop up with the word BROWSE on each one of them. click on BROWSE and when the box comes up something will be in the LOOK IN box...If it is not there place DESKTOP in this box. This can be accomplished by clicking on the down arrow on the right side of the LOOK IN BOX. DESKTOP should be one of the options. Just click on it and it will end up in the LOOK IN box.Everything on your desktop will be displayed, which should include those that you sent there. Click on the first one you want and it should go to the bottom box. When you click on OPEN that should move it to the message you are composing and it will be in the first BROWSER box. Click on ATTACH FILES..located just to the left of CANCEL...and that should start the download to attach it to your message. Repeat for anything else you want to attach. Check to see if you have the following downloads.. .Media player 11.. .adobe reader 9 adobe flash player 10 java microsoft power point viewer 2007 You can check by clicking on START...CONTROL PANEL..then ADD/REMOVE...once that populates you will see what you have in your system.. If any of them are missing you can go to microsoft.com or download.com and find them...You can also enter each name individually in your browser and add the word DOWNLOAD after each one and you will get a website that will provide the download. On PPS files...opened by Microsoft power point viewer 2007...When i download them they do not pop up for me...They go to my desktop where I have open up Microsoft power point viewer 2007 by clicking on START...ALL PROGRAMS...MICROSOFT POWER POINT VIEWER 2007. That usually brings up a box where you have to click on the down arrow located just to the right of the "look in" box and click on DESKTOP...once done your desktop icons will come up...Click on the one you want which will place it down below where you can click on OPEN....that should do it... In addition...when you have problems viewing photos/attachments in your email you can click on MY PHOTOS or MY ATTACHMENTS and they should be in there...I don't completely understand why you can view them in there when you can't when clicking on them in the email and end up getting those boxes with a Red X...etc...
