How do i retrieve my old contacts folders?

MY EMAIL WAS HACKED, LOST ALL CONTACTS, FOLDERS AND I DO NOT RECEIVE AND EMAILS NOW.?

SOMEONE SENT A REQUEST FOR MONEY, STATING I WAS IN SPAIN AND IN DIRE STRAIGHTS. THIS WENT TO ALL MY CONTACTS. ONCE MADE AWARE, I LOGGED ON TO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT, AND SAW ALL CONTACTS & FOLDERS WERE DELETED, SO I CHANGED MY PASSWORD AND FOUND THAT ANOTHER EMAIL SUB-ACCOUNT WAS CREATED TO RESPOND TO THE REQUEST. I DELETED THIS SUB-ACCOUNT. AFTER I LOGGED OUT, I TRIED EMAILING MY SELF FROM ANOTHER SOURCE, AND OTHERS TRIED TO EMAIL ME - BUT I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS. HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS MATTER? CAN I EVER RECOVER MY CONTACTS AND SAVED FOLDERS? Please respond to my other email at [email protected] and [email protected] thank you
