How to correct syntax error in Yahoo mail page?

When we try to open a mail document in Yahoo mail we get "Error on Page" and totally blank messages.

  • We can get into Yahoo Mail and we see a list of new and old messages (read and unread). When we open any message (read or unread) the sender and receiver information is there but the message section is completely blank. There is an "Error on Page" message at bottom.

  • Answer:

    Might be a corrupt cookie! Try to do the following: close all browser windows, then open a new one. Click on tools at the top of your screen, go to internet options. In the drop down menu go to "temporary internet files", delete all cookies and other temp-files. When checking your mail again, the problem should be fixed.
