Why doesn't yahoo mail save my theme color. It opens to an awful color with yellow background and white text.?

Each time I set the theme, the very next time I access mail, the default theme with the yellow background and white text once again. This is very discouraging and just plain wrong. Can someone at yahoo fix this, and are there others experiencing the same trouble?
