Why won't Hotmail let me send emails?

Why won't Yahoo.co.jp let me send emails?

• i'm learning Japanese so i thought if i had a Jp. email i could get use to seeing it more and stuff and help me better my Japanese. any whose, i tried to send emails to people but it keeps saying something about trying to prevent spam and it wont let me. at first i had to do the type in a word thing and it will send, ya'know the conformation thingy. i did it three times and it keep say i was wrong (but i wasn't -_-'') and then after the third time it kept saying to prevent spam it won't let me send or something like that. how do i fix this? it says this: 迷惑メールの送信防止機能により、送信ができない状態になりました。 心あたりがない場合はこちらをご参照のうえ、報告フォームよりご報告ください。

  As you said it seems it has flagged either that message (or possibly your account, I'm not sure) as spam. I'm guessing there was a link with that message? It instructs you to look "here" for details on reporting the issue via a form, so I'm assuming some of the text there was a link. Perhaps if you click "こちら" it will send you to an appropriate page with information to resolve the issue, but I can't be certain. Now, why it had a problem with your messages I have no idea. I don't know Yahoo Japan's email policies or anything like that, so I'm afraid I can't really say why this came up in the first place. If you need help sorting it out (I'm going to trust you that you're not ACTUALLY doing anything inappropriate with the account ^^) feel free to contact me, I believe I have email messaging enabled on this site, and I can try to help you sort it out as best I can, if you feel the need. :)
