Having trouble logging into Hotmail?

Anyone having trouble logging into Hotmail?

• Every time I try to log in, it tells me that I need an adults permission before I can access my account. It requests a credit card to prove I'm old enough. I've had the account for years. I'm over 40! I've never seen this.

  first of all - you're asking this question on a yahoo forum? anyway, there's a few reasons that I can think of why this is happening: 1. you've given someone your password/ someone's hacked into your account and changed your age (this can result in the problem that you have) 2. have you bought anything off hotmail?? ie a hotmail plus ect.account?? This could be why it's asking you that 3. have you checked in the URL box that it actually says the login address for hotmail??
