Why am I getting a proxy error when I'm in yahoo mail?

I can get into my mail, but when I try to go to my calendar or notebook it won't let me in and say's failure to connect proxy error, but it doesn't give me a number for the proxy error, and I seriously need help asap because I work from home and I need in there because that's where all my info is at and I can't really work until I get into it, thanks a bunch!!
