Whenever I opened any of my new and old emails, the screen is blank?

PLEASE HELP! I am getting emails, but when I open them my screen is blank for new emails as well as old ones?

  • I cannot read any of my emails due to when I click to open it, it shows nothing but a blank screen. I would love to call Yahoo and report the problem for them to fix---but cannot afford the $30 charge? Is this happening to anyone else and how can you fix this so you can read your emails? Do I need to switch emails altogether? WHAT A PAIN!

  • Answer:

Look through these pages----you aren't alone. Sometime this works---AND---sometimes not. Click on forward--or--reply---just as if you were going to send. This reactivates the message window, and you may be able to scroll the window and see your messages. 866-562-7219 866-492-4664 800-318-0631 If you call any of these (toll free) numbers---please let us all know if you get a solution------by adding a detail to the bottom of your question here.
