Why won't my email let me open attachments?

My email wont let me send anything with attachments?

  • This just started happening a few days ago, Ive never had a problem with it before. Every time I try to attach a picture or even reply to someone who has something attached to their email, a message says something about the server not connecting.....could it be a firewall problem? how can I fix this? Help!!

  • Answer:

    It could be too big if you're trying to send something but if other ppl are able to send it then that's not the problem. Check you're preferences on you're computer and see if it enables you to take files from you're computer. Also check you're firewall as u said. I'm no expert but try them to start out with if that don't fix it email me and I'll help you out more.

use a different email address for now, and/or talk to your email service by sending them a message of some kind or just simply contacting them and explaining your problem.
