Why my yahoo mail is not open?

Why i am not able to open my yahoo mail inbox messages why ?

    Yahoo has been upgrading the servers lately, causing issues for many. You can access your mail here for now, it's basic, but it works. http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail or: http://de.m.yahoo.com/p/mail
