Why is my robinpesca account blocked?

I can't send email to my friends, or aunts and uncles and I can't reply to mail sent to me because the account is blocked and I can't seem to find any way to recover it. I don't have a phone that can receive text messages to get the codes that allow me to recover my account and I would like to see if there's any way for me to recover the account through the computer.
