Something wrong with my email?

My Yahoo email system is not working normally. Something is wrong! Can you please help me?

• Suddenly about a week ago all my new email messages which normally would just pop up at the top of my email page began to pop up all over. I tried the date button but that would not last as the next message would still be scattered. I was emailed a message which had some sentences highlighted in colour and the colour would not show up on my page. Can you look into my email and see for your self? Or can you give me a Phone # where I can get some help? Can you reset my email address?

  Here are some cleanup steps that resolve many problems experienced by Yahoo users, try these, it's easy: 1. Close all browser windows. 2. Open a new browser window. 3. Click on Tools at the top of your screen. 4. Click on the bottom choice - Internet Options. 5. On the Internet Options drop-down menu, go to the middle section titled Temporary Internet Files. 6. Delete all cookies (button in the middle) 7.. Delete all temporary-files (button in the middle) - this step took about 3 minutes - patience! Also, you can delete your History, cleaning up old links and website addresses. This did work for me, Good luck!
