I can not send SMS to my friend's cellphone.?

After sending SMS, I received a reply that "Phoene number 84918646457 cannot receive SMS messages at this time" What I can do to send SMS in Vietnam?

Just because you can get cell phone service in Vietnam doesn't mean you will have SMS service. SMS service being available will be dependent on whether the cell phone service in Vietnam provides for such service. My wife's CityPhone doesn't have SMS service even though the phone itself could work with cell phone services in America. Some Viet cell phone services offer text messaging via e-mail. Check with the cellular service provider to determine what and how they provide such services.

If you even dont know that how a SMS can be send through cell phone then you dont deserve it . You can ask question on web but can;t SMS how silly it is.

You need a plus sign ("+") in front of "849..." so it should be +84918646457.
