How to contact Yahoo for help with email?

With problems (errors) on Yahoo email. How can i contact them? Help is not very helpful and i am really stuck!

  • Please somebody help. I cannot access anything and cannot subscri be to any sites because of this. when i load up mail it says loading but nothing comes up! the page says 'done but with errors' how can i sort this or contact yyahoo to help???!!!

I would go into your internet options and clear all your cookies and temporary files then do a defrag sounds as though your computers needs a clean. Then close down your computer and try again. I agree that the help is not very helpful but try what I suggested and see how you get on before you try your support.

Sounds more like it may be your ISP are you cable or telephone connection? (anyway contact your ISP thats them what provide you with internet connection) Busy times can sometimes throw up these problems so it may just be temporary - 3am might be a good time for a test run.
