How can I change my secret question answers for my yahoo email?

Can log into Yahoo itself, but NOT able to access Yahoo Email - blank screen?

• I enter my username and password, it logs me in, I try to go to mail and all I get is a blank screen. Q. How Long has this been going on? A. Approx 56 hours and counting Q. What have I tried to solve this? A. 1) Cleared my cache - cookies, history, temporary internet files A. 2) Tried logging on from 3 different computers A. 3) I have managed to Log on to an alternative Yahoo account successfully - it is just this one account that's the problem Q. Any further information that may be relevant? A. 1) I'm using the "new" Yahoo Mail A. 2) The screen loads fully, but is just a blank white screen - nothing clickable, no egg timer, no nothing. 19 hours ago - 2 days left for voting Additional Details I find it funny how i can see the headers of the emails on the main yahoo.co.uk page or through My Yahoo's Personal Assistant, but CANNOT access the full email. I suspect it's an issue with "new" Yahoo Mail. Extra fact: I did discover that using Yahoo toolbar I can actually access my Address Book, options and notepad in Yahoo Mail. HOWEVER, cannot access change back to Yahoo Mail Classic option.   You've answered your own question - worked for me too: "It was New Yahoo Mail error. Go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?script=no click yes when asked do you want to opt out."
