Where do i find the yahoo account deletion page?

I cannot access Yahoo mail: error404 page unavailable. But I can make new account in Yahoo?

I log in to yahoo but when i try to open my inbox i get this message: Sorry, the page you requested was not found. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you're having trouble locating a destination on Yahoo!, try visiting the Yahoo! home page or look through a list of Yahoo!'s online services. Also, you may find what you're looking for if you try searching below. Please help!!!!!!!
Answer:

Yahoo has been doing maintenance and a server went down. They are trying to get it back up as soon as possible. This is happening to lots of users now.
