How do you move the ad from the top to the bottom?

Yahoo Email: Can do only one or two emails - click on, reply, delete, move to folder - and it locks up?

Can do only one or two emails - click on, reply, delete, move to folder - and it locks up (hangs-up) on http://ad/yieldmanager.com/st w/lots of #s, etc. The status of the wait/slider shows at the bottom of email page. I previously used IE9, but does the same in IE8, which I am currently using. I am also using IE64 bit now, (my laptop has that option) because IE32 stopped working. All other webpages are lightning fast. - Yahoo hangs up. This has been going on for a couple weeks now. I have been a Yahoo fan for almost 10 years, but will not be if this cannot be resolved. THX
