Why i cant login in my yahoo email id ?

when i m login in my yahoo account its login properly but every time ask for verification of my account n when i fill answer i get error " PLEASE ENTER VALID MOBILE NUMER " many times i fill my another number but i cant active my account ! what to do ? plz help
