I can not open my yahoo mail.

Can't open Yahoo Mail?

  • This has been going on for almost a while now. I've posted a question about this before but nothing the answerers said worked. When I log in and click 'Mail', Yahoo wants me to upgrade to the new Yahoo Mail. But when I click 'Let's Go', the page won't stop loading. I thought the problem had something to do with the upgrade, but, when I clicked http://mrd.mail.yahoo.com/switchclassic , the page still won't stop loading. My main browser is Safari, so I tried to use Mozilla Firefox. But it still won't work. I even used different computers. My friend even tried to open my mail account for me, but it still won't stop loading. So I don't think it's my computer's problem. I don't know. So, I tried to open my yahoo mail from my cellphone. When I tried to log in, it said 'Your account has been deactivated, go to your computer to reactivate it'. But I have no idea how to reactivate it. Can someone please help me?
