How to get rid of bulk mail that is truly a pain?

First, stopped getting most of my mail..no bulk anymore. Second, can't get into my inbox without error! Help!

• I am having trouble getting into my inbox to see my mail. I sign in and it says I am on. But when I try to check my mail, it goes to and error page saying “This page cannot be displayed” and cannot find server. It was working fine and then all the sudden did this! I can go on with my wife’s email without a problem. I also have used diff. pc with the same result. I am able to go into My account options and all that. I just can’t get into my mail at all! What could this be and what can I do about it? Ps: On a separate issue. About two months ago, I suddenly stopped getting mail! I just stopped getting it….bulk mail and all! I was getting like a few hundred bulk mail a day and now, (before this latest problem) have not even gotten one bulk email in 2 months. I am getting some mail now though. Usually from people that I emailed after this issue started. I don’t know….anyone else having these problems that could help me out? Thanks!

  You might have downloaded something that uses up a lot of your data or you may have a virus called Trojan so you should best delete you unimportant files and download Norton Antivirus
