Why is my email not working?

Why isn't my email working??

  • It was working fine..and then someone told me it's not working. and it's not. people have been telling me "i sent you something!" but i never recieve it. i havn't gotten mail in weeks..i don't know why. Does any one know how to fix this? Or do i have to get a new email?

    Apparently a LOT of people are having this problem, me included. I have more than one acct with Yahoo and not all are affected. I forwarded those having problems to those not and am receiving my email again including those during the time I was receiving nothing. I plan on contacting "customer service" (and I use that term loosley) tomorrow. By the way, I do not use the Beta yahoo nor the I.E. 7

I am like you i am so mad at yahoo for not fixing this thing. I have gotton nothing but the run around. And i have lost a lot of money! I just sent them a email telling them that i have had it with them and i only hope you and the other million people will do the same! Good luck. :(

There could be many reasons for this. Are you using Yahoo? Frequently Yahoo has server issues and will bounce your email. When this happens, you will not receive any email until you go into Yahoo and reset it. It could be your Firewall is blocking your email browser for receiving your email. It could be a problem with your internet provider. Try contacting your internet provider and ask for help. They could have changed your servers and didn't bother to tell you. You may have to change your settings. It really is difficult to help you without knowing what email browser you are using and what internet provider you are using.
