My yahoo mail isnt working anyone else having trouble?

    yes i even scanned my computer i think i have a virus though. you should scan your computer, then wait and try again. if not yahoo will be right on it. just to make sure its not your computer causing problems, you should try a different computer and check your mail.

I've been having the same issue for a week now I wish I knew what was up =T I try every other day trying to get to my mail. the most I seem to be able to do is preview it on Yahoo's home page. This is what I get. (I use Firefox.) "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. * The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. "

My email just started working again by itself. If you are continuing to have problems, call Yahoo customer service at (866) 562-7219 and press 2. That should get you a live person who will assign a case number and instruct you to visit help.yahoo.com to find out what to do. They are open Mon - Fri from 6am to 6pm PST. Good luck.

This has been happening for some time now, Yahoo are working on it they say but for now try this.Recommended fixes for the many current problems include Update Adobe Flash Player Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Explorer cache, cookies, and browsing history. Some find that a return to classic mail improves things. You could also try an alternative browser. Hope this helps

Yahoo! is already aware of that problem. Clean up your computer and cache (browser). Then, try again. If that persists, then don't worry. Yahoo! will fix it. Hope that helps!
