Why do I have so much trouble accessing my Yahoo mail?

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo mail. I keep getting The page cannot be displayed?

  I'm sorry to hear about your problems. When comparing against other Yahoo! Mail accounts, keep in mind that not all accounts are stored on the same server. Yahoo!, like all internet companies, use multiple servers. There could well be hundreds, if not thousands, of servers in use at any given time. For this reason, just because someone else's account is working doesn't guarantee yours will work. To determine if the issue is with your account, try accessing your mail from a different computer using a totally different ISP.
