How To Open Zipx?

Attachment is not infected won't let me open?

  • Helping a friend who couldn't open my attachment. Here it is 8 part .zipx file of pictures in a multipart archive that I took on a job site. My boss can't download part 7 of 8. It's my file. No virus infectiion guaranteed! I don't write viruses. My computer is not infected. I used winzip to create the archive. Period. Not infected, but Yahoo and Norton in all their infinite wisdom think they know better. Other than having my boss create a new Gmail account just for me. Does Yahoo, Norton, or anyone else have a work around so I can email like I should be able to?

  • Answer:

The best way to transfer pictures due to their size is to just use a photo site. You can upload them and the other person downloads them. It can be set so no one has access without permission. There is no way to guess what the zip file problem can be other than being too large. The maximum file size is about 16 MB due to encoding overhead. ₪ ʎəɿʞɹɐq ₪
