Have I been suspended or is my Yahoo! account just not working?

The page at http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com says: to protect you, your account has been suspended for up to 48 hr

  • I have a regular yahoo account which i have been using since 2002 or thereabouts. On September 22, 2007, i tried to send an email using said account. The prompt I got in reply was "The page at http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com says: to protect you, your account has been suspended for up to 48 hours". I have sent a query through the help page, and the reply I got, sent to said suspended account, was a lot of referral to other previously visited yahoo help sites, and if my problem is still not fixed, I SHOULD REPLY TO THEIR (YAHOO) EMAIL USING SAID ACCOUNT. HOW CAN I REPLY WHEN THE DAMN ACCOUNT WON'T SEND? Its October 4, 2007, and that account still cant send emails. I've also noticed that my email (sent to me through said account) is becoming less and less.

    I wish I knew the answer to this. I'm having exactly the same problem at the moment which is causing havoc for work. If I log out and in again, I can normally send one email, so long as there are no attachments. Otherwise I don't know how to help
