Why can't I receive or send mail?

I cant send/receive mail ?

  • i cant able to send the mail to my friends and not able to receive mails from others. if i send, it shows failure notice.

    There are major problems with Yahoo Mail right now. A huge number of people cannot send and/or receive e-mails using their Yahoo account. I have another acct.provided by my ISP, which is working just find sending/receiving e-mails. But same e-mails sent to and from my Yahoo acct. are disappearing into thin air. But Yahoo is trying to deny that there's even a problem. I'd suggest that if you have another e-mail acct., use it until Yahoo admits there is a problem, then fixes it. (Later) Yahoo has finally admitted to having system-wide problems. Please see my posting under the heading "Anyone having problems of any kind w/Yahoo Mail, PLEASE READ THIS" for more info.

Make sure you are connected to the Internet when you are in your e-mail program. You may not have your settings configured correctly. Get in touch with your ISP (Internet Service provider) that is the company to whom you pay a monthly fee to get on the Internet and tell them your problem. I am sure they will find a solution for you in no time.

it may be aserver problem. or ur ID has some problem . if ur id is not used for a long time it may get deleted by itself. try by getting new id.
