How can someone send an entire folder as an email attachment on Yahoo?

If I want to send a web page or sight to email to someone, how do I change from OUtlook Express to Yahoo?

• When I find something someone with Yahoo Email might like me to send to them, I right click my computer mouse, and hit Email to a friend, and Outlook Express comes up. It's a pain in the you know where. Since I am usually only sending emails via Yahoo Mail, why can't my computer's email be also changed to automatically go to Yahoo Mail? This has bugged me since I first ever tried to do this on Windows computers. Why does it always go to Outlook Express? I'm sick of Outlook express, and I don't know how to use that anyhow. I got several Yahoo email names and passwords. Why can't I just right click send this page and get Yahoo Mail to be how I send stuff like this?

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options. Click the Programs tab, and then specify which program you want to be used for each of the options listed under Internet programs. When you are finished selecting the program associated with each task, click OK.
