Why are my emails sending so late?

I was sending myself emails attached with some homework, so i could print it on my family's computer, since mine was broken. I sent it at 12 am and didnt receive it until the next day when i got home from school. I also emailed my tennis coach about a challenge match and she never got an email. I went on one of my other emails, and emailed to this email, and it came right away. Why is this email ([email protected]) not sending my emails correctly?

Answer:
Check in the spam/bulk folder. Some emails will be stored in that folder of your email. Also, the delay could be due to network traffic.
