When I can't open my e-mail?

I cant open my other email id.it has a blue bar in the middle,cant click on anythin.makes a buzzing sound too

    I had that happen too. I have yahoo toolbar, so I upgraded it and that bar hasnt come back.

Same thing happened to me. I updated yahoo toolbar and it went away. Did you notice an upgrade popup, it just came up the same day after checking mail in the morning.

Go to tools - then internet options - then click on the advanced tab - uncheck enable 3rd party browser extensions - then apply - restart your computer and it will be fixed

There is a problem with some of the older Yahoo Toolbars - sounds like this problem may be a symptom. Uninstall your Yahoo Toolbar from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and the problem will most likely go away. If you like the toolbar and want to keep it around, upgrade to the latest version (click the yellow download button on http://toolbar.yahoo.com) and it should work fine.
