  This is horrible. I dont know if it would help, but maybe print out the first couple pages of Yahoo Answers. Nearly every question involves "why attachments arent working" and now Im seeing people having trouble with their contact lists, as well. Its a malfunction. Maybe it will convince your lecturer to reconsider your test.
