Why does yahoo mail icon (keep me signed in) not work?
-
I check the box to stay signed in to my mail account but I still have to sign in every time I open my mail or use a web site. Fix it. Now!

Answer:
It is NOT a Yahoo problem. It is yours. For one of the reasons below: 1) You are not accepting Yahoo cookies: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-11.html;_ylt=AsbJu85UUsBNw1Jon2.XotQbnCN4 2) You have your browser set to CLEAR cookies whenever it closes. 3) You have a bad cache file. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-15.html 4) You have an over-riding option set in your Account area. Click "Hi, (username)", select "Account Info", sign in there - and check your options.
