Why..why...why...can I not log out of my yahoo account to sign into a different one, or contact customer care?
-
I have two yahoo accounts...when I hit 'sign out' now on one of them, it does nothing. When I try to contact customer care, it does nothing (just refreshes the same page I'm on). By going to a different page, I've been able to open up a liveperson chat window..that then promptly does nothing. It tells me I have 0 seconds to wait, but no one ever comes into the window, and I am unable to type anything in the window. There is NO address to contact customer care, and as of now I can't access any of my yahoo accounts, with no way to resolve the issue.
