Had this problem before, I can't get back to my old yahoo format which I like. I went to my welcome ken chelini page and did not see "Switch Back Link. Nothing on my main page has that on it. Need help.

Answer:
I understand the "switch back" link has changed to---"Classic Mail"----so if you see that link---click on it and your problem should be solved. If you can't find that-----click on "options" in the upper right corner of your mail page, then, in the drop down menu of "mail options", you will find the option to return to Classic Mail.
