Why can't I get attachments to load on my mail?

I cant open my email, its says Yahoo mail cant load, every time i try and get on it.?

  • it gives you options like clear your cache, which i have done and it will allow me to get in, but once i lg out and try to log back in, it does the same thing, says yahoo mail cant load.

    I had the same problem earlier. I ran a scan and deleted all browser history. 1 virus detected which anti-virus fixed. Mailbox seems to work well now. We have several e-mail accounts on yahoo and the only one affected was mine.

Ah, get an error message as well when I log into the new account I have created and from the looks of it I am not logging into the classic e-mail. Any suggestions would be nice. Like where to access the classic e-mail. Thank you.

Since about Nov 25th, I've been running into same type of thing. Usually my "home page" will open up when I sign in, but I can only access my in-box one or two times then I start getting the "can't open page" message from any yahoo mail links I use EXCEPT the home page. I've tried this on Vista, XP-Home, and XP-Pro. And I've used IE and Mozilla and some other browser on someone else's p.c. It seems I can always go back to the "home page" (useless!) but links off it (to "mail") are failing. I have only been using Classic (though I tried the link below anyway, and got another dead end window). My mobile does seem to work fine, although, I do only the smallest things on there... YAHOO, is it your server? what are you doing!???!

I got that problem since the holiday, too. The instructions also tell you to go and use thier version of the classic yahoo mail and that seems to work fine. Try that.

Sounds like you are using the New Mail, it is difficult to load on most computers, needs upgrades. Click Mail Classic at the top of the mail screen and follow the prompt.
