How do I cancel an AT&T phone?

I cannot cancel my ATT phone account. they dont answer EVER. Does anyone know how to email them?

  • I have been trying to disconnect an old ATT phone from a house I no longer own. They continue to Auto Debit me monthly. I have tried phoning their disconnect number at least 10 times and they simply dont answer and then they HANG UP. I am trying to find a customer support Email Address but I cant find that either. And I used their live chat and they wouldnt tell me. thanks for anyone's help.

When you call and it takes you to an automated thing press 0 and keep pressing 0 till you hear it ring. It should take you to an operator. Sad companies are like that. And also you may just have to go up to an AT&T store and tell them the problem

You're talking about local landline service? Just call the main business number for the local telephone company. That's local to the house with the phone.
