Why cannot I get access to my mail from messenger?

Why can't I get into my yahoo mail?

• when trying to sign into my yahoo mail, it will not let me in. other people can sign in but the two id's that i use the most with all of my info on it will not open. I get all the way to the inbox and when i click on that it sends me back out to my home page. I can also get in on a yahoo website that I haven't used since november 2006, but not the recent ones. I tried to download the yahoo instant messenger yesteday. that is the only new thing that i did on my computer and it gave me the error message that i m not the administrator, and only the administrator can set up the instant messenger. Can anyone out there help me? i have a lot of information on those sites that I need to be able to access.
